every  Saturday night 7:00~ 9:00 PM (US Pacific Time), Sunday morning 10:00 AM~12:00 PM (Taiwan Time)

Duration: 2–2.5 hours
Languages Offered: English and Mandarin (the language for each class will be specified)

✨ Live Classes & Recordings

Each class will be held live on Zoom and recorded, so you can continue to revisit the teachings and meditation practices throughout your journey.

All registered students will receive the recording for each class. If you are unable to attend a live session, you can simply watch the recording at your own convenience.

As recordings are provided for every session, make-up classes will not be offered for missed sessions.
